ACM (Accredited Community Manager) Course 1

Description

The ACM certification was develped by the Manufactured Housing Educational Institute (MHEI) to raise the standard of training for manufactured housing community managers. This nationally recognized program educates land-lease community operators on the full range of issues unique to their career - from leasing and resident relations to federal compliance and personnel management.  Earning the ACM designation signals to employers, residents, and peers that you have the experience, have completed a rigorous curriculum and have committed to upholding he ACM code of ethics.

Whether you are new to community management or a seasoned professional looking to formalize your expertise, the ACM course offers practical, immediately applicable knowledge that can elevate both your career and  your community's performance.

Pricing

Member Registration - $350.00 (Early registration discount of $25.00 if registered before August 31st)

Non-Member Registration - $700.00

Cancellations received on or before October 15th, 2026 entitles the registrant to a full refund less a $25.00 processing fee. After that date, no refund can be given.  Cancellations must in wirting and sent via USPS mail or email to Kim@nc-mha.org.
